"Knowing Jessica was training with a trainer and trying to become a personal trainer I reached out to her to see if she can guide me in becoming a healthier me. I know myself well and I didn't want an hour work out because I would not look forward to it so I asked if she can configure a plan that would be about half hour. She gave me my work outs about a week later and I began my training. They were perfect, some days a lil longer but I didn't feel like I was working out for long periods of time and that's exactly what I wanted. "I reached out to Jessica because I knew she had a physical struggle with her back. Despite that she was able to change her life, she started eating healthy and was studying to become a coach.
